We had VR Remodeling, which are family also, to do some work around the house, in 2021, I was just talking to Vince about Christmas, and I told him I want a hot tub and I wanted to put it on part of the deck him and his help built, he said don't do it yet, that he needs to come and reenforce the deck bc it would hold the water, we began find soft areas in the floor, as before VR fixed it, first thing we did was called a plumber to see if there is a leak, he said this is a bigger job that he doesn't do this kind of work that we will need, so I called a carpenter, and he said the same thing, my house insurance adjuster came out and said he will have to call a contractor that what we have to fix is bad, I was told that VR did a repair job and they half done that, I have discussed this issue with him, sent pics of the damage, of course he kept giving excuses, and not the point. The whole thing we were charged more than the contractor is charging, and the work was unsatisfactory. Maybe ppl will read this before having work done

We are sorry to hear about your experience however your dates are about 1 and a half years off and our warranty is for 1 year of labor warranty required by the state. We as a company can not warranty products and definitely not product we didn't purchase. There was a leak due to a faulty braided water line under the bathroom sink that we repaired that and the kitchen sink at no charge as we were under warranty at that point. I have all paper work that is signed with both signatures of 11k and for the total that was paid of only 7k . The job completed just as pandemic hit and material prices rose . The homeowner/writer of this comment ran out of money due to medical reason and could not pay anymore. Hot tub was never mentioned to me and as any contractor would know decks aren't build for hot tubs initially they have to build for that weight. This deck in mention is also 16ft above ground and was never build for any weight other than code requirements.

Ok related to RV Remodling, he keeps saying 1 year warranty, that's why when I got to asking for a copy of say warranty, I have yet to receive, and he not only told me but 2 of referrals I gave him, that the warranty was good for 5 years. The leaks occurred 2 in the kitchen in the same area that VR repaired, is the same area but a bigger, that the first leak occurred and where my vanity had leaked large area inside the vanity was wet and soft, when I asked where there any damage to flooring under vanity he said no, and I asked about my vanity he said it would be ok, the estimate had been redone and redone we went by a daily schedule, bc my husband would think he could do some work on some of the work, ***** and I agreed to allow him to work on that particular area, EX the repair of our deck, and about the deck I told him at Christmas what we were doing, and he said nothing about any regulations, he said don't put a hot tub up until I come and reinforce the deck bc it won't hold it, so we waited for him to come but he never came, I feel we have been jerked around, what I'm disappointed in the quality of work
