Torture and sub-standard dental care is what I received from private practice Dentist Taylor E***** ******, the female owner of Dogwood Dental Clinic in Cookeville, Tennessee. I paid $1475 USD for a dental crown, and Dentist Taylor E. refused to create and install the temporary crown herself. That dentist was 100% uninvolved, and purposefully, knowingly assigned my dental care to her incompetent, ignorant, uneducated, unexperienced, untrained employee, who was wicked, evil, mean, uneducated, incompetent, and torturing. The dentist herself gave me a tremendously painful experience at every touchpoint, with a painful needle, and a deadly drug that immediately caused heart pain but not numbing of my mouth. That dentist knowingly deceived me about the dental care that would be provided to me. Instead of providing a dental team of licensed professionals, that sole proprietor dentist knowingly and purposefully hired unlicensed, unprofessional, untrained, incompetent, wicked, evil, cruel individuals who eagerly torture female patients. As I lay there crying and pleading for help, that dentist REFUSED my pleas for help and assistance. With her words and actions, the dentist communicated that everything was going as planned. The dental assistant fiercely stabbed my gums and poked, transforming my gums into a perforated, crushed mesh of severely damaged, inflamed tissue. I was often unconscious during and after the torture, and when awake, could not speak clearly, since the gums on the bottom right side of my mouth were so swollen from the torture that I could not close my mouth to bring my teeth together, to correctly pronounce words. I was unable to speak. I dialed 911 when inside the treatment room. The dentist voiced her pleasure and satisfaction with the deadly, evil, intensely painful, body-damaging torture treatment that her employee provided. That dentist refused to remove the painful temporary crown and install a suitable, non-painful temporary crown.
