    Im actually very disappointed to be leaving a review such as this one. My expectations for Goddard Collierville were apparently higher than what could actually be achieved. I refused to take my 28 month old back after a family member of mine had a verbally abusive interaction with the director, ********. I cant believe this is the person in charge and influencing her staff. I would never want someone of this nature around my child. She has absolutely no people skills, patience, decorum, or professionalism. She proceeded to repeat her policies to us, but her policies were not the issue. Her disgusting and immature attitude was!! I wish this place the best of luck because they will need it if they want to grow as a childcare center. I mean there are so many other options (some much better if I may add) that you would think they would treat the families that settled for them a lot nicer. I was refunded my unused tuition. However, that was the least that could be done after the mental trauma she caused with no apology or accountability taken. Luckily, we were able to get my son into the school of our first choice (always go with your first choice). I am just grateful that this nightmare is over and I never have force my family or myself to step foot in that hostile environment again!
