      Completely unprofessional business practices. They claim to have a 30 day return policy with no human to contact and only use bots and a 3rd party company for returns also with bots only, no way to contact a human being. No human beings return company emails while company sends daily spam emails asking for good reviews on your customer experience. This is a part of a pilot instagram retail program and instagram's links for resolution with this company return this message "Sorry, this page isn't available.The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed." No wonder they are rated F on BBB.

      Valabasas go crazy. The jeans fit too clean and the quality hittin fr. Got my order quick and they aint play wit the service either. Every drop feel different. If you aint rockin Valabasas, you sleep.

      My first time ordering from this company. The jeans were for my sons 5th birthday. The package was sent to my moms house so my son would be surprised for his birthday. I finally opened it literally 8 days after receiving the package and it was ripped and stained I contacted the company and they stated due to it being over 7 days there isnt anything they can do. How is that when they make you pay for insurance for the product ! And when you order your items it should be brand new. Not stained and ripped! It doesnt state that anywhere when you order.

      I did not get all items ordered, they circled the missing item on the recite and wrote no with a smiley face ??? I reached out via email to see how to get my money back or the item missing and got no response. No one is answering the phone . I also paid for 15$ extra for express shipping and the order came over 3 weeks later . Very unsatisfied with the unprofessional I want my refund for what I did not receive.

      I loved the clothing but did not receive all of my order only half of it..No response to fix the problem as i reviewed this company everyone has the same problem not getting there full order and reimbursement or nothing..I expected more from this company cause they have potential on being great but not with business like this..give people what they pay for thanks

      I bought pants and they were 8 too long and the front looked slightly worn. I asked for a refund and they said No without any explanation! Bad customer service! Would never purchase from them again!

      Ordered was placed on Dec 7 2024. I received a confirmation email and never heard from them again. They kept saying that my order will be shipped shortly . They never answered my calls or responded to any of my emails regarding my order #V400395. Instead after three weeks of waiting, I finally get an email from them saying they have canceled my order and refunded me, the reason they stated was " unforeseen circumstances ". My daughter was looking forward to receiving her order to wear on Christmas. This was the worse online shopping experience have ever had, and there was no communication with the company at all. They did not offer my a discount or gift card nothing for the inconvenience, all they did was not respond and canceled my order after waiting over three weeks for it. Do not trust this company. I wish I can post without leaving no stars.

      This company sold me a shirt for ****** then never sent the item. I contacted the. 1 month later they said there site didnt update and the item i was led to believe i purchased was out of stock. I never received them item and im still being forced to pay for it because i used the stupid affirm app i messed up bad buy using to criminal sites dint use Affirm for any purchases look at there bbb rating never use valabassas they dont update they site and still get paid for items never received must be nice . I only put 1 star because i had to there deserve 0 ??
