    11/09/23, My husband was told they could fix the electrical problem with my wife's SRX Cadillac, 2007, said no problem they could fix it. Picked up the car on the 21st, drove it 5 days and went out to go shopping car was dead again. Took it back, it's still there and I hav called several times was assured someone would call me back and I am still waiting for a call. They won't even give me an update. The service guy just say they are working on it could be dead battery cell, well I hav had 3 new batteries and 2 new alternator in 3 months!!!! DOES THAT SOUND LIKE THAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM. I am saying they hav no idea want they are doing and they are charging me for their inability to do what they said they could do NO PROBLEM. Still no returned calls, just bad business all the way around. The car goes dead after a day or 2. I hav the receipt but no way of uploading it, so I will just bring it to the Clinton Rusty Wallace.

    Customer brought in vehicle due to no start. Tech inspected vehicle and found the fuse block to have a high resistance in the connector end and not allowing the proper voltage read for ECU's to go to sleep. We repaired the wiring and cleaned the connector end, theft system at fuse block. Vehicle sat for 3 days, 17th, 18th, and 19th and checked the battery state of charge. Found the battery to be fully charged at the time. Customer picked up vehicle on the 11/21 and drove vehicle home. Customer brought vehicle back on 11/28, performed battery test and found bad cell in battery. The customer took battery from the vehicle on 12/15 and suppose to bring a new battery back but still have not returned to do any further testing to complete repair.
