After one of the maintenance guys (*****) and his wife ******** harassed my girlfriend, clarity though they would try to rid us as fast as possible. In which they succeeded. I moved out way before nov 30th, but due to lease we can call it nov 30th. I got a message asking me where I wanted my security deposit refunded to, I responded but still haven’t received my security deposit. As they go outside the timeline of Tennessee state law, I want my money or a sheet explaining the costs of what my money went towards.

Hello. We just became clients to Clarity Property Management in May of 2022 because our landlord became ill and he had to turn his properties over to them. Well in January 2022, I took a loa from my former job due to me having surgery in February 2022 and also mental health. Also, my boyfriend who was working at Pepsi, is a type 1 diabetic. He use to be ill a lot due to his illness. Well, with my former job, I was supposed to get Short Term Disability but they never paid me for my time off which caused us to get behind on rent. I supposed to work on June 1st, 2022 but it was extended another month. Well the situation was, we got behind on June, July, and August rent. We was served to go to court on August 11th, 2022. By this time, me & bf went to court and agreed to pay the past rent and court fees to keep the house. By this time, I'm working at VW. The total judgement was for $3250. We paid the total costs of $3250 on September 1st, 2022. I thought everything was good. I was going to make September rent on my following paycheck. Well on 9/13/2022, we was served by a sheriff to vacant the home by 9/23/22. Me and my bf called for them to stop the eviction but the lady was so rude to us and told that we was too risky. It broke our hearts because me and my kids had nowhere to go. The property manager even lied to landlord telling him that we never paid a dime and never paid the landlord his money. We printed off all receipts and showed the landlord that we paid. He called them to stop the eviction but the property manager talked him like a child and told him don't talk to us anymore. The landlord felt helpless and we had been renting from man for 7 years. He just kept telling us that he was so sorry. I will be filing civil charges against Clarity Property Management for wrongful eviction and emotional distress on behalf of me and my displaced family because none of us deserved that. I provided pictures of how they throw out our belongings and also provided receipts.
