Refund and Exchange Policy
The company indicates they provide a 1-year period to to return an unused part. On their website the company states that they issue a full refund of the product cost minus shipping costs on products that are new and have not been installed or show signs of installation such as scuff marks.

The company lists the following exceptions on their website: "Outdoor Power Equipment has a 30-day warranty and return policy from the date of purchase. Return parts should not be installed or show signs of installation such as scuff marks. All items must be returned in original packaging. This includes retail boxes, packaging and all accessories originally included with the shipment.

Outdoor Power Equipment parts have a 30-day return policy which excludes normal wear items such as Blades, Belts, Blade Adapters, Blade Spindles or Mandrel Assemblies, Filters, Grass or Vacuum Bags, Recoil Pulleys, Shave Plates and Skid Shoes."
