      I just logged into my account and am only a couple months behind on my just a little hundred dollar bill that I have acrued from one appointment since at this time I do not have insurance, when I logged in, I noticed my messaging was disabled. I can no longer message my provider like I have been about my health for the last few years because I owe some money after a couple of months. I guess if you don't have enough money Tennova Healthcare business team doesn't care if you live or die. I am so disappointed that Tennova Healthcare of Cleveland TN did this, I have been a valued customer and patient for years and this is the way they repay people. Business and healthcare do not mix, learn from Canada US. In summary, now since I am in between jobs, I am in one of the worst situations in my life, and Tennova made it even worse. They do not care about health, they care about money. I would give no stars if I could.

      If you want to be treated like a ***** ** ***** then this is the place for you. I was on time for my appointment. They argued with me about being 15 mins. And then proceeded to refuse me as a patient because they can’t take “no shows” on the first appointment. I came from an area with the best health care in our country with doctors and offices that make this place look like a 3rd world care center and I’ve never been turned away. This ***** ** ***** doctor and his office are more concerned with billing and policy then turning away someone who is sick and needs thousands of dollars of blood work done. I guess they mind as well write that oath they take as a doctor on a piece of paper **** **** ***** *** **** ***

      My experience June 5 was not good I was prescribed a medicine that was supposed to be on my do not take list hospital doctor would not change or listen so the next day I will have to go to clinic to get antibiotics that I can take when first hospital doctor gave me one that worked but second one thought he knew more but wanted me to take something that I can not and will not take so take your doxycycline and shove it I want to feel better not feel like wrap and end up at hospital because of this drug start listening to the patient they know what they can and can't take

      In November of 2022 I had a Clarifix procedure done by Dr. Daniel B***** of Wabi Sabi Medical Spa in Chattanooga Tennessee. Dr. B***** performed this procedure on me to address the chronic rhinitis that I'd been experiencing for some time. I paid him $1200 in full. I told Dr. B***** during my post-op appointment that I was still experiencing the chronic rhinitis and that I had not seen any improvement. He told me to give it some time and that it will eventually start to get better. I trusted Dr. B*****, so I decided to be patient and give the procedure time to work. It never did. It got worse. I went back to see Dr. B***** in January of 2024 to ask him to check my nose because the rhinitis is worse now than before the procedure. He said he would but that he was moving his practice to Tennova in Cleveland, Tennessee and that I should call there to schedule an appointment. I asked if my medical records would be transferred to Tennova and if the staff of Tennova would be informed that I had spoken with him about the Clarifix matter. Dr. B***** assured me that there would be no problem. He mentioned my health insurance at which time I reminded him that I did not have health insurance and that I had paid cash for the procedure. A week later I called Tennova to schedule an appointment. I was told that my medical records had not transferred to Tennova and that I was considered a new patient and that I would be charged over $100 for the appointment. I tried to explain that I was already a patient of Dr. B***** and that this was a post-op appointment concerning the Clarifix procedure. I asked the staff to consult with Dr. B***** to confirm what I was saying. Another woman came on the phone, said that she was Dr. B*****'s supervisor and that she could not allow him to see any patient without charging a fee for the office visit. I tried to explain my situation to her, but she would not budge. I was never informed by Dr. B***** that he would be moving his practice.

      Worst hospital I’ve ever been to nobody I know has had a good experience… ** *** ********* *** **** ******* *** *** *********** *** **** ****** *** ** **** ** ********* **** *** **** *** ******* ** **** *** *** *******  I had a seizure and they had the police talk to me before they even made sure I was okay..

      Fraudulent, disrespectful, and liars are the most accurate words that can be used to describe my experience with Tennova Medical Group, specifically with Tennova Cardiology Cleveland failing to report the portion I paid when submitting my claim to my insurance and Tennova Primary Care Ooltewah with a nurse who lied regarding contacting my insurance company, then today taking a walk-in patient before me, when I was 28 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. All resulting in a significant loss of income because of time that I scheduled to be off, and now will have to miss more work to get new appointments (with different doctors).
