    I bought this computer on June 23, 2023 (all following dates occur in 2023 as well). The company said that they will provide customer service for up to a year after the initial purchase. I paid $520.56 for the computer. I started having issues with the computer on March 28. The display port was having issues. They sent us a new adapter and that fixed the problem, for the most part. They were responsive to our issues at first. Then we encoutered another issue. The first time I reached out to them regarding the second issue, an update issue, was on April 6. I told the company that we were experiencing this issue. They said that it was common and that it would resolve on its own within 4 weeks. I waited for those 4 weeks to pass the problem was not resolved. I reached out again on May 3, regarding this issue. They reponded on May 3, asking for screenshots to help them diagnose the problem. I sent the screenshot on that same day, May 3. I then followed up with them on May 18 and May 23, asking for an update on the situation. Finally, they responded on May 23 and asked when I could remotely fix the issue. They said on a Wednesday afternoon. I confirmed that May 24 (a Wednesday) at 1:00 or 5:00 MST would be best. After I sent them a follow up email, they responded on May 25 apologizing for not attending the meeting. We then coordinated that Friday, May 26 would be the best day for us to troubleshoot. They told me that I needed to send them a confirmation email the day before, not that they would reach out to me the day before to confirm the appointment. I did fail to send this, but this is not a typical business practice. They did not show up to the appointment. I then sent a follow-up email, on June 5, to schedule to meet with them on 9 (a Friday). I then reached out to them on the following dates regarding this issue:June 8 - they responded June 12 - no reponse June 16 - no reponse June 19 - no response June 22 - no response August 16 - no reponse
