    Our vacation package just expired, i have been calling for day and weeks but it got sent to voice maill and never a got call back. I called to ask for refund since we couldn't take the trip. But they only answered the day my package expired and just said it in the contract. No refund. We are owed a refund since it their fault for not answering.

    I spoke with this client yesterday May 28, 2025. I do see where she called our office. However, I am the only one answering the phone system and I did return her call as soon as I could, which was yesterday. I was indisposed last week, and I was off Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th. The client had been calling for a few days. If I had been able to answer her call when she first contacted the office, the answer would have been the same, the vacation has expired, due to the client not following the instruction sent to her in the congratulations email dated June 13, 2024.

    The client was fully aware of when her travel had to be completed, which was May 28, 2025. Once the *********** has contacted a client in writing with an expiration date, it is up to the client to contact the *********** with enough time for them to travel. You will see in the email that the client was instructed to contact the ***********. Please see attached Congratulations email dated June 13, 2024. She was also made aware that we were booking vacations six months in advance in the same email. (The client has a copy of this email)

    In regard to the refund. No refund is owed to the client which is made perfectly clear in the vacation agreement. Please see section 3 cancellation and section 4 refund policy. Refunds are issued within the first 7 days of signing the vacation agreement, which the client initialed that she accepted and understood. (The client has a copy of the agreement).

    I have attached a copy of the email that was sent to the client yesterday May 28, 2025, you will see the client received the attachments that I have sent to you separately.

    In summary the client knew that she had to give six months' notice in order to have travel completed by May 28, 2025. The client was made aware of this fact in writing from the ***********. The client did not contact us in a timely manner, which was her responsibility to do so, had she done so she would have been able to take her vacation. The vacation has expired. No refund it due.

    I have looked at the email that the client gave to the BBB. If this is the person that sent the complaint. They are not the client and they are not the person I spoke with on the phone yesterday. The phone conversation was more in depth than the complaint states.

    My husband and I booked a cruise through this company in 2022 and had payments set up for said cruise. We paid the cruise off as of 1/9/23 and recorded an email stating as much. Prompting us to call and schedule **********. We have called multiple times and left voicemails as well as emails to start our planning. We paid around $3k for this trip and are getting no help from this company. We can not schedule our trip without them and they are leaving us in the dark. The lack of action taken to help clients finalize their trips is absurd and we are beyond frustrated, having received zero customer service correspondence.
