5 starsI moved into one of their properties a year ago and have renewed for another year. I have rented from many places through out the years and this one tops them all. Any issues I had were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I have not had any problems with communication on the phone or email from Copper Key in the year I have already resided here. I look forward to another year with them! You all rock!

1 starWorst property management I’ve ever dealt with. 3yrs of unresolved maintenance issues and rent increases. Selective communication and greed, along with willful neglect makes this the absolute bottom pick for anyone looking to rent, or have your property managed by.Copper Key Realty And Management

I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm going to assume you have finally vacated after us going to the property two different dates, after you should have vacated, and you still being there. When we arrived one time, you had an unregistered pit bull with you and you were selling things out of the driveway. I'm not sure where greed comes into play. You received one rent increase when you lived there, and it was dictated by the owner. The owner also decided to give you a notice of non-renewal since you were late 9 times over the period of time you were there, including 4 of the 5 months you lived there this year. I will definitely be looking into the unresolved maintenance issues. Thank you for the heads up.Copper Key Realty And Management

I would like to add to my review. We were finally able to get into the property today, 7 days after your last date, according to your lease. When entering, we were greeted by a pile of dog feces, the size of a shoe. You had no dog registered to be at the property, but yet you left this pile right in the middle of the floor. Now that's classy, and shows what kind of tenant you were. The deck is also chewed by a dog. A dog who was snuck into the property. I hope you take better care of any future property better than you took care of this one, and you don't have late payments nearly every month. You kept saying you were going to pay ahead, but you never did. Good luck to you and your future landlords.Lanerrick J

I’ve read your comments, and we both know they’re outright lies. Dog feces in the house, really? That’s ridiculous. It seems to me you’re more interested in creating a narrative, than accepting the truth. Be advised, I have ALL the emails, pictures and videos supporting my statements and I’ve documented my entire stay at that property. I welcome any legal challenge you may pose, as it will be met with an extensive countersuit. Making false claims, assaulting my character, now that’s classy. I expected nothing less from you though. 1 starThey do not communicate well. I could hardly get anyone to email back or answer their phone. I had to pay a 200 dollar electric bill because they didn't tell us when they were done with their inspection until a month and a half after we had vacated the property.Copper Key Realty And Management

I'm sorry you feel that way. You broke your lease 6-7 months early, and that means that you are responsible for rent and utilities until someone new moves in. You and your co-tenants were responsible until 2/20, and someone new moved in on 2/21. If you have a bill past 2/21, please let me know by calling the rental office. You do have a past due balance for damages and rent that we have been speaking to one of the tenants about because she responded to the emails.Review fromShontelle W

5 starsAs a homeowner, I've RENTED my property for years with Copper Key Realty and SOLD with Copper Key Realty. Shannon was a Total Rockstar during my Landlord experience. She leveled with me whether it was good news or costly news. She was always Positive and Upbeat. She always presented options and explained how to handle tough maintenance choices without breaking the bank. I learned to Trust her insight, her opinions and the people she has built rapport with over time. Shannon was a professional and picked up the phone when I called....even when I wanted to complain! On the SALES end, Taylor was highly knowledgeable about the Market and knew how to plan out what my house needed , in a cost effective way, to be an attraction to a future buyer. Under her leadership and skill, my house literally sold in two weeks on the Free Market. Cheryle, Shannon, Taylor and Angela got the job done. I am happy with my experience with Copper Key Realty and Management and WILL recommend their services to a future landlord or seller.
