            August 16-17 they made us pay double what we were quoted. Worst experience of my life. they milked my family for our money. I booked a pack and move and the didn't pack my things I had to do it myself and they took 10+ hours to move boxes I packed. A job that should have taken 4 hours max. Owner told me that it was quoted a 4-6 hour job max. They were not prepared to get on base after I repeatedly told them weeks before that we were needing movers who could EASILY access base they were held up & unprepared and expected me to pay for the time it took for them to leave their office (45 minutes) & the time it took them to figure out how to get on base (40 minutes). The workers broke many of my things and no one did anything about it. They lied about their quotes (I have a friend recently used them and they over charged us). I wish I used a different company I feel used and taken advantage of. For a military friendly company they sure didn't take care of any of my families things.
