- Additional Info:This company has a pattern of complaint alleging refund and exchange issues. Specifically, consumers place orders they do not receive, and they cannot get a refund. Consumers report attempting to contact the company multiple times over as many as 18 months and they do not receive a resolution. Consumers report the desired outcome to receive the item ordered or a refund and the business is not providing either. On January 15, 2021 BBB contacted the business by email for their voluntary cooperation in addressing this Pattern of Complaint. At this time, we have not received any response from the business.
