Absolutely garbage company! I got sick of them not picking up trash when they are supposed to, then putting my bin back on my neighbor's property instead. The never communicated any issues related to pickup with any of their clients in my neighborhood, they simply didn't show up until sometimes 3 days to a week after and always had some bs excuse. I canceled them near the end of May and was told I would have a refund of what ai paid in advance and that if I leave my bin on the side of my house that they would retrieve it. I reached out to them about getting their bin off my property and to get info on where my refund was. I got an email back saying they were behind in bin removal and it could take 4-6 weeks. Then it also said that it could take 6-8 weeks to get my refund. They can take payments instantly, but need several weeks to give me back my money??? This is absolutely ludacris, no wonder everyone is leaving them! Give me back my money and come get your bin, I'm not a storage facility for your product!Business Response

After reviewing your account, our records indicate only one reported missed pickup, which was promptly addressed the following day after we notified you that access to your residence was obstructed by neighboring vehicles. In addition, weve received inquiries regarding the placement of your cans, and weve responded and resolved those concerns each time.
Weve also clearly communicated with you regarding both the process for removing your container and the terms of our refund policy. As noted in our records, your service was canceled on June 1st. Throughout your time with us, weve made every effort to maintain transparent and consistent communication.

I am rejecting this response because:They have never communicated anything with me, nor neighbors who have had them. We have always had to reach out to them for an explanation of why they didn't show up and I know I've submitted more than one missed pickup form, so that's a lie on their end. 6-8 weeks for a refund is absolutely unacceptable when they were so quick to take my payments right away yet need weeks to give me back my money! Shady business dealing all around its not surprising that people are ditching their business. Come get your bin, I'm not a storage facility and give me back my money!!!

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter. The customer was issued a refund of $55.52 in accordance with our company policy. Additionally, her trash container was retrieved from the service location as part of our standard account closure process.
We have submitted documentation supporting our actions, including proof that the container was removed and that the refund was processed appropriately. While we strive to provide excellent service, we understand that there may be instances where the resolution does not align with the customers expectations.

My name is ****** **** I live at ********************* Clarksville TN *****. Everytime I have to deal with this office in clarksville they are rude and dismissive even the person thats supposed to fix the problem is rude. the lasted problem with this company was a "snow storm" that happened 2 weeks ago and for some reason not known to anyone on my street or neighborhood they closed on thursday and friday , granted the snow was on monday and my whole neighborhood was clear by wednesday I called the office and of course they were closed. i called the following monday and spoke to a lady and asked for a refund for the week missed and rudely she said well make sure everything is placed inside of the can because of the refund we will not pick up any trash outside of the can. I said fine to that. all my trash was inside the can up to yesterday (wednesday the normal trash pickup day) they picked up the trash today (thursday) and trash fell out so i called the office spoke with a lady again who took my complaint and later a guy called me from ************ and said something about how long i been with them and just to bag all my trash so i attempted to explain to him that it was thursday and my trash pickup was wednesday over a week ago and the streets were clear last wednesday and if they picked up my trash the extra trash wouldnt have been there he said and i quote "I dont care how your streets were" very loud and rudely and i told him that i will just find another company and of course he hung up the phone. just want the corporate office to know who they have working at this office.Business Response

We did receive a snow storm on Tuesday which closed our office on Wednesday and the roads were still too icy for a trash truck to navigate the roads on Thursday. Every time we have this problem which is about once or twice a year we always take extra trash to make sure our customers get all the trash picked up the following week and we relay this to our customers. We did receive a call from the customer and as it happened our corporate manager was in the office that day. He was standing on the other side of the room when the customer called and could hear the customer screaming and cussing out our agent. We have a policy that we warn customers one time not to cuss and if they continue then we disconnect the call. Our agent chose not to disconnect the call and tried to calm down the customer. We record all calls and we went back and listened to this call. Per our Management team we cancelled the account and refunded this customer his money so he could go find another trash company.Customer Answer

$10 cheaper and so far not a bunch of rude people that think they are the only option AND COME PICK UP THIS TRASH CAN!!!! when you canceled me for nothing it should have been picked up that day.

I cancelled our trash pick up on 10/23/24. They had done an automatic withdrawal on 10/17. They said they would refund my payment. I called on 11/5/24 to find out where my check was and they told me it would **** *-8 weeks to get a refund. I received email showing credit of ***** on my bill.On 12/3/24 I called to find out where check was and was again told it takes 6 - 8 weeks and should be in the mail soon. On 12/18 I called and was told the check was mailed 12/13 and I should get it in a few days. Today 12/30/24 I called and was told check was sent to corporate on 12/13/24 and I should be receiving it shortly. It is their corporate policy to wait 60 days. We are on a fixed income and this presents a problem for us as we also had to pay upfront for the new trash service. Their refund policy needs to be updated in today's fast paced society with high tech.Business Response

Customer called and cancelled after her next quarter was already billed, since she didn't cancel her auto pay it pulled the amount of her invoice. Our company policy is we don't issue refunds 6-8 weeks because of chargebacks and cancelled checks. We submitted her refund as soon as that time frame was up and the check was cut on 12.13.24. This check is mailed from our corporate office in ******* *****. We can't be held responsible for the mail system. We tell everyone that it might take longer than usual especially around the holidays and to call us back if they still haven't received the check after a couple of weeks. The check has been cut and mailed to customer. Again we can't control the mail system. Customer just called back today ******** and we have contacted our corporate office to see if the check has been cashed. We have followed up and will continue to follow up until customer received her refund
