Very shady realty group, they do not pro rate rent for military renters on PCs orders and hire vendors for maintenance request that seem to all blame you for negligence and force you to pay for the damage. Please rent from any other company but these guys.

Although I appreciate your frustration, you have posted on numerous sites and said the same thing. The soldiers and sailors relief act actually calls for a SIXTY DAY CALENDAR MONTH NOTICE. Your lease clearly states that we do not prorate the rent. We are only charging you for the month of March and you are leaving mid march. We are prior military and LOVE our soldiers. Perhaps you should research what the SSRA actually says and then look at what you are actually being charged for. It would be advantageous to you in the future.. In addition, as per your ****** review, you cannot clog a sink with spaghettii and expect the Owner to repair this due to your negligence. As far as the light fixture is concerned, the vendor reported (and images show) this light fixture was screwed into a box which is screwed into the ceiling. In the image, you can see that some type of force would have been necessary to pull this fixture from the ceiling. In addition, the hvac unit was damaged due to your negligence and the Owner so graciously paid half of the invoice for to help you. Although we appreciate your tenacity in leaving negative reviews everywhere.... it does not change the fact that you have not taken responsibility for your damage to the unit. Please note that no matter where you post, nothing changes. You cannot break other peoples property and expect them to repair or replace with no repercussions. And, you must follow the rules as set forth by the military for your deployments. We wish you luck in the future.
