            The owner Steve S**** is a CROOK!! Took my car to this place to have a front end alignment done, check for a coolant leak and repair, drain flush & refill radiator, change the engine oil and filter. Keith the front counter man said to have the car there before 7:00 so they could get all repairs finished. Called to check on car @ 3:45 pm and Keith said they were only able to get engine oil filter and engine oil changed. Went to get car @ 4:45 and the owner Steve S**** charged me $80.76 and I provided the materials. I told him he was a crook for charging so much & he said , and I quote "THER IS NOTHING IN IT FOR HIM". So be raped me on labor because he wwasnt able to sell me engine oil & filter. I just bought a set of new tires from him @ $1,000.00. so , one would think repeat customers would matter. Not to him.......BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

            Mr ******,,, your childish rant is ridiculous, d you take your own steak to outback,,, NO,,, do you allow customers to bring their own parts to ****** to have installed,,,, NO but you expect me to. You were charged the Mitchell flat rate charge for an oil change on your vehicle as is customary to do when someone is so out of touch and wants to supply their own parts . You obviously have No business experience or you would understand the situation. We are more than happy to see folks like you go to our competition, I would like nothing more than to see you trade with someone else. You also forget to mention in your little tirade that the car you wanted serviced was a Jaguar, tell me Mr ******, what does Jaguar charge for an oil change and do they allow you to bring your own materials ??? Have a GREAT DAY sir
