First week of June I went into this spa with a few red spider veins in legs. I've had numerous successful sessions with schlerotherapy. Jenna said the veins were too small and laser would work better. She did laser and up until today (Sept 18) for 14 weeks, she has assured me they would get better. She said that they were 10x worse because that meant the laser was working. I was worried I would be left like this. She assured me at my last visit we would decide what to do if they were still bad. I sent a picture yesterday. She called me and told me it looked like they weren't getting better and they would refund my money. Refunding money is great when something doesn't work. But when it makes situation 10x worse someone should offer help in some way to fix it. I said: They're 10x worse what can we do now? That's when I found out she wasn't going to do anything to help me and was "sorry." Before June I could wear shorts. I haven't been able to since then. Now I have to find someone to fix the awful mess made of my legs by Jenna in this spa. I'm so upset. It will take time and money to fix the mess made. Thankfully I never let them do anything to my face.

The process of laser vein therapy was discussed in great length with Mrs. ****** prior to her treatment. After the veins are treated, there is a "blood coagulation process" that takes place during which clients may notice a brownish pigment that may persist 8-12 weeks (typical) or as long as 6 months in some extreme cases. This brownish pigment is normal as the blood coagulates and is part of the process. Over time this is absorbed by the body. Mrs. ****** was provided an information packet at her consultation discussing this "darkening" of the vessels, and it is also stated on the consent that she signed and post treatment information that was given. Mrs. ****** was also recommended to contact the manufacturer of the laser, Cutera, for further understanding and to corroborate that the information that has been given to her by us is accurate. Even though this "darkening" of the vessels is part of the process, we issued a full refund to Mrs. ****** as a measure of good faith because she was unhappy.
