            On 11/21 my wife and i dropped off her iPhone 13 pro to get the back glass fixed on it. Upon arrival to pick the phone up, my wife realized there was a crack on the NEW back glass with an added lens cover (which I did not ask for). The lens cover was put on after the back glass and there is a very noticeable crack under the lens cover. After complaining to the employees about having a crack in the brand new back glass, they said that I just have to bring it in again for another half day to get it fixed (another 1/2 day for my wife who works at home to be without a phone). After complaining to employees after getting sub par work done, we don't trust to leave an unlocked phone with these people again. All I asked them for was a partial refund or the back glass so that I could take my business elsewhere. The owner, ****, was very hateful and rude when trying ti solve this issue.
