I bout a 2017 Nissan Nissian Sentra Nissmo on 9/27/2022 with the option to purchase a after factory warranty. I got my back time and paid 15k down I talked to the salesman several times to see if I could get it for 18k somehow a doc fee came up and I wanted it waived and I said I wanted to pay 18k out the door with no doc fee or anything straight out and he said ok and he went to the finance guy ***** several times to get me the price I wanted but we couldn't cone to a resolution on the 18k out the door so I said no thanks and he said well if u change your mind call me so I called **** back the sales guy and he answered and I said we could go with the 19k out the door I had 20k he said no just bring some of that and save some money so I said I will see you tomorrow morning he called and woke me up I went excited about getting a new to me car and I went and got a caishers ck for 15k so I went into the finance office with ***** ******* thinking I would be told the truth to excited to read the document on my own so I listened to him go over it and he really didn't go over the contract throughly he went over the finance paper and I didn't think about the price to be pd but anyway it was more than 19k after I reviewed it bc I had a issue with the warrant he sold he lied to me about 24 7 towing and it would be taken care of and it was really to come out of pocket to be reimbursed then I called him on it I talked to the gm and got nowhere finally got corporate and contacted ****** she never called I called ** * and they told me steps to take so I'm following them then I will turn it over to them the price was discussed with ****** in emails after I reviewed the contract I was lie to by finance and the gm the calls are recorded if u can get them and I have copies of the emails that was sent to ****** at corporate I want the overage back and tire rotation and oil changes for a year for my trouble he offered 3 of them and **** offered a gas card can you help please?
