      I was considering setting up a sleep study at this location back in November of 2024. While getting set up with an appointment I decided to cancel the study because I was uncomfortable with their process and it seemed a little predatory. I informed the person who I was speaking with that I wanted to cancel my appointment and rescinded my authorization to charge my card considering I would not be receiving any services from them. Now today 2/18/2025 I got a text saying that ***** *** *** would be charging my card, no reason given. I attempted to call their office at the number provided on their website ************ but every time I call it says the office isn't open. Whenever I try to call their corporate I'm left on hold until it goes to voicemail.

      ******** testing services require the order of a medical
      provider (Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).  Sleep testing, like any other medical test, requires
      the patient’s consent to test as well as consent to financial responsibility for
      the test.  The patient did so consent and
      on November 24, 2024, the patient voluntarily underwent overnight sleep testing.  The study was then interpreted by a board-certified
      physician and the results of the study were sent back to the patient’s
      referring medical provider.  To claim
      that he cancelled the study and did not receive any services is false.  To claim that our process is predatory is
      also false as a patient cannot undergo testing unless referred to us by their
      medical provider. 

      Review of our call logs does confirm that the patient
      called 11 times on February 18th during the lunch period when the
      office was closed.  Later that day, his
      call was promptly accepted during normal business hours.
