Only business I have ever dealt with that failed to deliver on a single commitment. I contacted general manager on June 16th and explained I needed to replace my hot tub ASAP as I was putting my house on the market. I also indicated I needed someone who would not only deliver the tub but also remove the existing one. His response was that they had 2 hot tubs that would fit my needs and they were scheduled to come in by June 30th and July 4th (and that deliveries had been running ahead of schedule). Before signing the contract and paying the $3600 deposit I sent him 3 videos where I showed and narrated the location of my current spa. He responded back that removal would not be a problem. Well to make a long and painfully story short I spent the next 2.5 months following up to no avail. While I understood that the supply chain problems plaguing every business there was simple no excuse for the continual lack of follow through. To make matters worse when they finally attempted to deliver the spa they found that the semi truck clearly would not make it too the site. (Any viewing of the videos I had sent would have told them that). It was at that point that they refused to remove the old hot tub. I had to do that myself despite the contract clearly indicating removal of the old spa was included. Not one apology, no owning that they had not lived up to their commitment, nothing. The general manager offered to not charge me extra for using a credit card. How generous. Buyer beware this guy will promise anything and deliver NOTHING
