            I received the nebulizer, which I was told was completely covered by my insurance in September 2022. Then on December 3, I received a bill in the mail from NEB Doctors of TN. Exactly 3 days later, at 9am, December 6th, before I can even get my day fully started, I’m receiving calls from NEB Doctors about payment! I was told this machine was fully covered by my insurance. I want this bill to reflect that by NEB Doctors and not to be contacted again unless it is a letter showing a zero balance as I was told.

            This company is supplied Nebulizers from Homelink. Both Homelink and Neb doctors sent me the same bill. Homelink claims Neb Doctors is not allowed to bill anyone based on their contract. I paid Homelink. Homelink wrote Neb Doctors a check. NEB DOCTORS told me over the phone that I have to pay them both the same amount and tried for months to get me to pay the full amount until I got Homelink to call them. Suddenly the bill changed to only owning them $24 instead of $200 plus. I have been in contact with Neb Doctors multiple times about the $24 and gave them the confirmation number from Homelink of the payment. Neb doctors has told me for months their looking into it but isn't allowed to contact their own supplier Homelink. Bills kept coming. Now I have a collections letter for $24 and it's time to get an attorney involved. This company is a fraud and should lose their license.
