    I am filing this complaint on behalf of my 90 yr old father, ***** ********. He resides at **** *** ********* ***** ********* **. A little more than eighteen months ago, the heating/air conditioning unit in my dad's home went out. A company by the name of C & E Building Con. Heat & Air was recommended to make repairs to the the existing unit. It was determined by the technician the system was beyond repair and my dad was advised to replace the unit. The unit was replaced, but has not worked to heat and cool the house. After follow up service calls were made and my dad was told that the new unit was incompatible, with fitting and set up of the old unit. My dad was billed $6,632.20 for the work. My dad has "survived" extreme weather conditions the last few months with space heaters and a room sized air conditioner. He continues to live under these conditions. In filing this complaint, we hope that dad can get the unit properly repaired or refunded at the expense of C & E Building Con. Heat & Air.

    Mr ******* unit was large enough for that size mobile home first time I went to Mr house his T/stat was bad U replace it they call me back n said the blower is gone out the unit was heat only his Daught ask if I could put a unit n with heat n air I told I could put n a heat pump 14 Seer for a 1440 SQ ft would be a size for his mobile home I had a 10kw heat kit  the bough a 12 kw no charge Mr ******* would keep the vents closed n would not let it run long enough the house have single pain window n no under pin around n no Insulation I came back several time n told me ******* let it run a heat pump blow cold air until it heat up it no like straight I tried to explain how a get pump works
