    Placed an order June 2023 for a home elevator. Paid 10k to start order and license process. Said 2-3 weeks from the website to get the equipment. Finally installed in Jan 2024 and has never fully worked. Won’t go to 3rd floor. Many attempts to fix over the phone and one tech visit in Feb 2024. Now tech is stating waiting for a part called selector.

    REMI is warrantying the defective part.  The part was backordered, but was just received, so our tech will be in touch to complete the warranty repair soon.

    I paid a $7800 deposit 2 years ago. I have called repeatedly to get my elevator. I still do not have elevator installed. They want more money to order it. I was contacted by another unhappy customer in same predicament. Which made me uneasy to give them another 7 k, Finally the owner had agreed for me to pic up elevator from Chattanooga office and I will pay them after receiving .Then to wait for them to come do installation. That was several months ago with 1 response of it’s not here yet. Since then I have not been able to talk to anyone.
    I just want my elevator. If Remi cannot do that . They need to refund my deposit that I made They cannot just take money and provide nothing!

    REMI has made multiple attempts to communicate with Mr. *******.  In order to ship his elevator, we need his virtual inspection to be completed (which confirms he is ready for installation), as well as the balance of his equipment payment.  This is standard business procedure, we cannot ship his elevator until payment for his equipment is received. REMI has maintained communication with Mr. ******* since our relationship with him began on January 5th, 2021.
