    ? DO NOT HIRE Legacy Made LLC or Jason D****** (Crown Plumbing)
    I hired Jason Dildine to build my custom home in Soddy-Daisy, TN. He talks about trust, faith, and values — but what I received was a disaster of shortcuts, Facebook-hired labor, and unprofessional work.
    Major issues included:
    • Washer drain not installed, flooding my basement on Day 1
    • Hot/cold water lines reversed — a building code violation
    • Improper water filtration system meant for an apartment, not a house — ruined water flow for a year
    • Backyard left bare — I spent $5,000+ to fix it myself
    • Flooring installed against manufacturer advice — warped and uneven throughout the home
    • HVAC permit pulled under another company’s name (Titan Heating & Air) without their involvement
    • Tesla charger wired incorrectly
    • Sloppy paint job with mismatched colors and tape residue
    • All warranty issues were met with excuses, blame, or silence
    Jason refused to take meaningful accountability and hired unqualified people from Facebook groups. He disregarded professional advice, failed to follow best practices, and left me with thousands in damage and stress.
