The billing office is vert uncooperative. I mailed a check for payment on my account on July 1st, 2021. The payment is yet to be credited to my account and the post office has not returned my payment undeliverable. Instead, three days ago I received a notice telling me that my account would be turned to collection if not immediately paid.

I should also note the bill I paid was the first notice of payment required that I received and it was due July 24th so I paid it when I received it and mailed the check.

To avoid collection, I have since paid the bill again but this time I paid it through their billing service call ePayitonline.com.

When I called the billing office asking about my check, the response was "we are very behind and it is probably sitting on the payment clerk's desk. She will get to it soon."
This was the same reponse I go the second time I called 5 days later. When I called again, I spoke to a different woman and she told me that "this was not true information. They process all checks when received." She said I should check with my bank to make sure it has cleared. I told her I wouldn't have called if the check had cleared and I had been checking my bank account everyday expecting it to be cleared.

I did call back a fourth time and the same woman, J*****, that I spoke to initially and the second time I called, said that they were behind and what the other woman told me was not true. I told her I was fed up with them. Their customer service lacked continuity and when and if my payment showed up or they decided to get caught up and deposit it, I wanted a refund for my duplicate payment.

Worst service, no consideration for their customers. I will never again go to Diagnostic Imaging 601 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN for my services ever again.
