    On 8/3/2023 I took my vehicle to Midas in Chattanooga Tn ****** ****** for tune up. The store mng ***** called me to inform me that I needed coils (6) and spark plugs total price 1500. Out of faith hoping that the company does good business as promoted. I decided to approve labor. Well unfortunately for me, my vehicle didn't crank the next morning. I had my vehicle towed to ****** ** *********** ** for diagnostic and to my surprise the problem was bad coil. 1st question why did Midas charge me for 6 and I was in need of 1?(this is theft) On 8/11/2023 I contact Midas and inform them of what's going on, and I'm told that if I can bring product in I could get full refund (I also have receipt I paid cash) I get to the Midas and I couldn't gt refund for all 6 coils but they were willing to refund me for 1. This is bad business and theft that they have been doing to people for yrs

    We installed spark plugs & 6 ignition coils. Random misfires indicate that all cylinders need to be addressed.  I have attached the sales invoice from 8/3/2023.  We did not hear from customer until 8/11/2023.  Mr. ******** advised that the ****** dealer stated that one ignition coil was bad. ****** further informed client that they would be required to replace all six coils because they were aftermarket coils (not ****** coils).  We showed client that ****** installed ********, aftermarket ignition coils, not ******.  ??  Mr. ******** never brought vehicle back to us for evaluation after original work.  I refunded client $134 for one ignition coil for goodwill.  Customer was not happy. Called police.  Wanted a full refund.  I tried to explain to ******* ******** that he did need all six coils.  He only needed one coil at ****** because only one was defective.  Honestly, I would think Mr ******** concerns would be with ******.  ****** informed him that his car required ****** coils and then installed ******** aftermarket coils.  Five ignition coils were good because we replaced them.

    I am rejecting this response because: Midas did not fix my vehicle. I had to have another company fix my vehicle, and return policy states if the material purchased is brought back with receipt you will be refunded. Therefore I am seeking full refund.
