    This company is unprofessional and the owner cursed at my wife and daughter today while they were suppose to be working to remove trees from our property. I would never recommend them to anyone. Her employees were trying to apologize for her rudeness.

    I am the owner of Gist Tree Service. I do not have a customer by the name *****************, so there was no interaction.
    *************** has been the only homeowner I have dealt with in the Pegram area. My apologies have been expressed with the homeowner for the situation that occurred, the only foul language used was from the homeowners daughter along with threats towards myself.
    My employees never need to apologize for me as I will always accept responsibility for my actions.
    We strive to provide professional service for all our reasonable customers.

    This is funny when I asked if you didn't need to see a need to speak to me when you came on my property your response to me was you are not my client that ******** was. And you where rude from the jump when I walked outside. And your workers did say sorry they might not admit it to you but they did. And also my neighbor who was in his drive was herd the things you where saying about coming and pulling that ***** off the porch and beating her **** And I guess you did t flip us off also as you left. I am the mom ****** and my daughter did get mad she is a grown woman almost 30 married with a son who was standing on the porch watching this all it didn't bother you at all. You where sent to do a job not question who was paying you. ******** hired you and was paying you. So you had your say and this is mine.

    My crew is instructed never to speak with a homeowner directly especially when we work for a restoration company.
    Unreasonable people often only see the fault of others and rarely take responsibility for their own actions.
    It is with regret that the events of the day turned out as they did.
