    Do not give them any money. This company is completely fraudulent and will not deliver on their word. They should be convicted for theft.

    Customer placed an order on the website for a raccoon. Site will NOT allow an order with a signed agreement to the terms of service which states it is the customer’s responsibility to research their state’s, county, etc laws and failure to do so does not constitute a refund. This is in black and white before placing an order. Threats do not change this either nor being mean and nasty. We are clear that you need to research prior to placing an order. It is not fair to these animals to jump in without proper research just because you think they are cute. They are living beings that deserve proper care and commitment.

    I researched a long time as well asking actual clients before reaching out to Crystal. What I learned through my research was that most real customers was not only happy with their animals but also the transaction itself. I also learned through TWRA and USDA that many of the people screaming “scam” had also contacting them and turned out to be people who placed deposits on animals and then refused to get the proper permits to legally pick the animal up and pay the remaining balance. I ultimately rolled the dice and put a deposit on a wolf pup. The timing, communication and pup was exactly what I was told it would be when placing my deposit. I could not be happier with my Frazier baby and would definitely use them again with out hesitating.

    If I could give them a zero, I would. I have 9 months of correspondence with them about a ground hog I paid a deposit and placed an order for 9 months ago. I have sent email, text and called every month. In May she said I could pick it up on June 7th, then it became the 9th, 12th, 14. Finally 3 days before the big showin Dandridge, I was told they had lost it in their storage facility(how convenient),. I called everyday after that, they refuse to answer the phone, so I started texting, they were still looking for the poor little thing, thank goodness it wasn't a wolfdog. I agreed to wait for the next litter which I arranged to pick up last week, excuse after excuse all in text form (proof), of mystery reasons why I couldn't pick it up, finally scheduled to pick up last night, both parties were held up and couldn't meet. Arranged to pick up today at noon, I sent a text asking if we could come earlier, immediately my phone rang with a very irrational woman telling me that she didn't know when they would be free, she said I was unfit to have one of their animals because I was demanding and tried to change my time. she said I was berating her, because when I picked up the the phone I said what excuse is it now? She started screaming and carrying on, maybe her irrational behavior is from all the Lost animals she can't find. Not only did she yell all these things at me but the looney text it to me.Stay away from these people, they are con artist.

    Hello, I submitted a 5-star review at the end of May when I got my fur-baby, but somehow it did not get posted, so this is my second time trying to submit. First of all, when I submitted my initial review, I was so happy on how Crystal spent time with me and my daughter and explained everything. She had my little guy bathed, blow dried, and simply adorable when we picked him up. She had extra food for us, and just full of excitement for us. We just chatted and laughed, and when I was headed home, I had never felt so grateful. Even before actually meeting her, her text and purchasing was simple, and up to the last minute, it was very smooth! This being said, I needed to reach out to her again, and without going into much explanation, my d******* ***** ** ****** ** **** ** ********* ******** and I reached out to her for advice, support and help-and she did not even blink an eye. She was right there for us, and I just could never be more thankful! I don't care what any of these other reviews say, she is the absolute best! She loves her animals, and her entire life revolves around her family and her fur-babies! Just a huge shout out for all you have done for us! I really hope this review gets posted the second time around! You Rock!

    Crystal has been nothing but amazing to work with and communication is top notch. My husband purchased a coyote from them and it ended up not working out for several reasons on our end and Crystal was beyond understanding and caring. She is thoughtful, quick to answer text messages and kind. I have read other reviews and I want to make clear to anyone who does business with Frazier Farms that you should not believe everything you read. There is always more to the story, I believe. I would highly recommend them!

    Guys I got scammed by the couple called Crystal and Mike, long story short didn’t get what I paid for, same as others. No pets and no refund. Always giving different excuses every time and never giving clear answer but luckily I paid them with my credit card so I opened the dispute case with them and hopefully I will get my money back. Beware of the couple!!!!! I wish I did my research before I pay. I just don’t know how they are still able to operate the business. I am going to create a group to sue them to prevent any further scams.

    In my opinion, these people are complete rip off scammers. I gave them a $500 deposit on two animals. When time came for them to be ready, I started getting excuses why they were not ready. They then said they were ready and we could pick them up in September of 2021. After scheduling a day and time to pick them up, my wife started the drive from Missouri to Tenn. and when she got half way there, Chrystal called and said to stop her from coming and getting them because the animals got loose. They then put me at the top of the 2022 list and said they would be ready in March of 2022 and Chrystal promised she would pay to have them delivered because of all the expense of driving half way down and renting a newer car. When summer 2022 came I kept getting promises they would be ready by fall. When fall came, more excuses after excuses. Now I get no response, no refund, and no animals. I have been scammed out of $500. I am now contacting various state and federal agencies to blow the whistle on these rip offs and I encourage anyone else that has been scammed by Fraizer Farms Exotics to do the same. Beware anyone looking at dealing with these people, they WILL rip you off. Go to this site if you do not believe me. ********

    Be very wary of these people. They will quickly take money for deposits and then make themselves scarce. They have a policy that states if you back out or fail to pickup you forfeit your deposit. After taking my deposit they questioned my ability to care for said animal. When the discouragement didn't work they remained difficult to contact for a pickup date. Owner stated her mother fell and that's why no one answered or gave availability for 4 days. Then when pressed for a pickup time in the coming week they never could get a date. Chrystal tried to call and was not happy that I preferred written communication instead of verbal but I politely told her I would stick to written. I didn't want to be accused of saying anything I didn't or her saying I misunderstood anything. After getting a permit she then started adding extra things like someone needing to be trained for pickup etc. I asked for clarification and never got it. She tried to call again and again I didn't answer but continued to text. She wouldn't even leave a voicemail and continued to refuse to give any availability for pickup times. I finally texted that I needed pickup availability times and any paperwork forwarded by the end of business day and I even said please. Her response was that my "uncivil" attitude meant I couldn't pickup with any employees and only her and she was conveniently flying out that day and wouldn't be back for 12 days. I had never been uncivil at any point (which had been hard) and I asked when/where flight was to meet her beforehand. She gave me a boarding time that no listed flights would have even matched when I looked it up. Complete lie. She did have the good sense to return the deposit but only before she had attempted at length to create a reason to keep it. This isn't her first rodeo. She is very practiced and attempts to find ways to put you off or create ways to keep the deposit. If you deal with her be prepared to play games.

    they took my money for deposit. no updates no animal no responses except to threaten me after they say they will refund deposit. Also taking orders for next year with out having any for this year Buyer beware

    They take to Many deposit to fill the needs if thire customers also they put you on a waiting list for God knows how long with out updates or and information to whats going on and they never get back to you when you have questions horrible business
