            On June 15th, I hired Mr ******* to inspect a roof of a home we were planning on buying. He stated that the roof was fine, but the gutters needed to be cleaned out and gutter guards placed. He gave an estimate to my realtor, ****** ***** with ****** ****** of $750. He said if he was hired for this he would refund me my $65. The seller hired him and it was to be done prior to closing on July 2nd. We moved into the home located at XXX XXth Street on July 10th. On July 17th my brother, ******* ******* and my husband, ****** *****, were trimming trees around the roof and they noticed the gutters were full of debris and no gutter guards on the top gutters. The lower gutters did have guards on them. So I started calling Mr ******* to advise of this situation. As for the refund he said I would get, he NOW says that was only if he put a new roof on, but that was not what he previously told myself and Ms Jones. He has given me, and now my husband, the runaround on coming out here.
