I only have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. I am disappointed of the quality of service Ive been receiving recently. I call to schedule service only to be told itll be 2 months! Its happened twice now. I can understand it happening once in awhile but back to back experiences have been like this. Not only did I decide to purchase my vehicle from your dealership but I also have used you for every service, besides a couple times I changed the oil myself. I dont expect preferential or special service but I expect Lexus to provide exceptional service. Thats why I bought a Lexus and what I have experienced up until this past year. Like I said, I dont expect anything above or beyond what *** already received from past service appointments. But what Ive received lately has been less than sub par. Below service Ive received from even ****** with previous cars. Now I just got an email to service my vehicle, even though Ive already set one up 2 months away in February and this email graciously provided a10% off coupon but expires in January. I think its unreasonable to give anyone an appointment so far out but to also give a coupon that I cant even use is beyond ridiculous. I hope I can either be rescheduled for a more reasonable time frame or be provided a coupon I can actually use. And then your website wont let me complete my complaint directly to Lexus.
