    Great company and great customer service. The pricing plans are fair and received everything I was promised.

    I was lied to by the sales person about something called *** Compliance. I was assured it did not apply to me and that I wouldn't be charged any fees associated with *** Compliance. Shortly after signing with Celero their customer service began requesting I complete *** Compliance. The sales person still assured me i wouldn't be charged but that i had to try to complete the *** compliance. They Strung me along for months. I am a trained network professional and it was even confusing to me. As it turns out *** Compliance is their way of charging hidden fees. I was charged for months without my knowledge as the hidden fees were hiding in a whole month worth of transition fees combined together. I explained to their customer service i wanted to cancel and that i was lied to and they were no help still charging me a $395 cancelation fee. These guys are complete crooks.

    We started with Celero a couple of years ago. We decided to transfer and have them handle our credit card machines for 2 business's. It was a rough transition to start but not unexpected as these things go. Things got worse over time. After running credit card transactions we found that they would not batch and be sent to the banks. I spent hours on the phone with them (Partially on hold) trying to figure it out. We went through multiple machines. At it's worst we had over $70,000 that had been charged to customers, but not deposited into banks. Because things took time to work through it had been a couple months since the customers had tried to pay us and we had to go back and ask them to pay again. We settled on only using their online portal. This all left a bad taste in my mouth and we decided to move to another company last October. After finding they were easier to work with and charged less to our customers and us I decided to cancel our account today, only to find that hidden in the terms and conditions there was a 3 year contract and we are being charge $395 termination fee. It is a small amount to move to a company with less headaches.

    We have a farm store, an online store, run 15 farmers markets, and do flower and farm events. We appreciate Celeros user-friendly reporting and online interface that allows us to stay on top of every area of our business. Most recently we had a major hardware issue (bad batch from manufacturing). *******************, our rep, went above and beyond in (repeatedly) sourcing and re-sourcing POS hardware. It was a tedious process, but we love the software and Will made sure we got what we needed to keep business moving.
