      Like many others, I need to warn you to not order this product. Number one, it doesn’t work. Number two, when I tried to cancel shortly after I ordered, I could not. They sent me 4 times almost every item they must sell and charged me almost 92. Instantly. Scam!

      This company fraudulently upcharged me for 4 packages, when I only ordered 1. They refused to ammend or cancel the order. ****** also refused to cancel the order even after they were apprised of what happened. My account bounced. They shipped the fraudulent order to me and want me to take delivery of it. Absolutely not.
      Be aware that these detox pads are going to cost you dearly. Don't do it. They will NOT fix it.

      All products were returned and I have proof of receipt on November 4th. I have reached out several times about my refund and have gotten NO RESPONSE!! The phone number they have listed on ****** is fake, so they have STOLEN $144.79 FROM ME!! I was looking at their products and was considering buying 3 tvidlers and cases. After going through page after page of "Special Offers", I hit the X to cancel out of the entire process. Much to my dismay, I have 5 DIFFERENT CHARGES TO MY PAYPAL totaling $144.79 after NOT COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION!!! I immediately attempted to cancel and was told they were already in processing and couldn't be cancelled even though my cancellation request was submitted at 2:16 A.M. and the process with *** didn't start until 7:13 A.M. So NOT ONLY ARE THEY THIEVES PUSHING THROUGH NON-COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS, BUT THEY ARE LIARS ABOUT HOW THE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS MESSAGES THROUGH ****** RESOLUTION CENTER TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED BUT THE CHARGES HIT MY ACCOUNT TODAY ANYWAY. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Horrible company. Their website is a scam to stack multiple charges beyond what was requested. You can't have a clean cart view to remove items. They stack and charge. You'll end up paying more much more than you intended for and their return/cancelation process is atrocious!

      Tvidler is a scam! I ordered ONE ear cleaner and a case and they doubled my order without authorization. I immediately emailed tvidler to correct their error and they insisted the order was already automatically processed but I could return any products for a refund. The SCAM continues. I would have to pay to return a product shipped from Buffalo NY to LITHUANIA! ( I live in Ohio and order received in 3 days!)The USPS confirmed that shipping to LITHUANIA would be cost prohibitive, so I refused delivery and USPS returned package to sender...Tvidler in Buffalo NY. I DID NOT receive any refund.
      Here's the worst part...I should've looked at online reviews BEFORE ordering....guess what??
      SEVERAL REVIEWS complained of unauthorized multiple orders! SCAM.

      BEWARE! I tried to cancel as soon as I clicked on submit and saw that it would be on autopay shipments and could not get through to them. I immediately emailed and was told that they already shipped order and it was too late to cancel? They had good news though, they would give me some free limited edition cookbooks for my trouble. Once I received the product I tried to go through the steps to return them. The email response was Due to the increased workload, there might be a delay in our response time. I never received a response. so emailed 2 more times requesting an RMA # because you cannot return anything without that AND you only have 30 days to make a return. Their website states that they will send the RMA # within 3 days after receiving request, I never had a response. I called and was on hold for over an hour and finally received an RMA # after telling them I did not want any free items for my troubles. The shipment label has returns being sent back to Lithuania which is funny because my original package came from NY and the area code of the phone number for customer service is Haleyville, AL What a scam I was totally duped!! Don't deserve any stars but had to pick one to proceed.

      This web site is designed to be deceptive. The web site hosts a 70% savings and after placing the order it becomes considerably more.
      The return/customer service is deliberately cumbersome.

      Ordered one. They charged me for four. I called within 5 minutes. They said the warehouse will be called. I spent $98. Thought it was $24. They will not give free label . I have to mail to Lithuania. A scam. Al
