Since we begin incurring costs the minute we begin the pre-production process, orders must be cancelled in the first 24 hours for a full refund. Once production begins we will process your order to completion as we do not interrupt our process to cancel or change individual orders.
RETURNS
While we do not accept returns unless items are defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will make every effort to make things right.
