            Mr. T******* put in a new heating and air unit in the house in September of 2021. The unit worked for about 2 weeks, but then was not cooling correctly. He came back out and said there was a wire that was loose. He supposedly fixed this, but the unit still did not work correctly. He came back several times but the unit is still not working correctly. He came in the middle of winter, and used a hosepipe to defrost the unit. Last time he came to try to fix the unit was in March of 2022. Left both crawlspaces open and never communicated to us what was wrong or what he was doing. He has not been back or let us know what is going on. Took our previous thermostat and will not give it back even after several requests.

            Quick to give an install of a new HVAC system. However DOES NOT stand behind his job. Quick to add a bit of refrigerant but never find a leak. Between $7000 system and repeated call backs to fix his mistakes (of which he would add refrigerant), I would NOT let him repair a paper fan! Since had someone out Identified and repaired MULTIPLE leaks. Hopefully the HVAC system will work a little longer, between the motor with debris (from Thortons mess up) has parts a bit out of balance. So now at the mercy of "Murphy's Law" when the rest will go out
