5 starsMs. ******* has been my therapist for 2 years. If I had to describe her in 2 words I would say she is genuine, and intentional. She genuinely cares about your mental health and how it affects your family, career, personal goals and spiritual convictions. During the course of my sessions she has been intentional about helping me sort through my feelings, emotions, hardships and relationships. My session never ends without her assisting me on setting a goal and developing a plan on how to achieve that goal. She has taught my how to challenge negative thoughts and how to improve on my problem solving skills. She is never to afraid to challenge you to stand firm on the goals you have set for yourself. She has taught me life skills that I can pass on to others. I am eternally grateful for her gift and the services that she provides.Against All Odds Professional Counseling Service
