Unproffesional, i simply was asking if a car was still available, and yet got two phone calls from dealers from this location with conflicting information. Caller #1 named ***** said the car was sold last night, and he appreciated me considering their business. Caller #2 within minutes of Caller #1 called and said "Yes, the ****** was still available, what time could he lock me in for an appointment?". I explained that i would just drop by, i hadnt planned on making an appointment. And he replied, "That's fine, if you want to wait for several hours." After hearing this i told him i changed my mind, and i would be looking elsewhere. My wife convinced me to get more info, because we still werent sure if it was available, and i have called and put on hold for so long i had no choice but to hang up, so i then used the form on the website and tried to "chat" with an obvious robot, that told me it would have to get a dealer to call me back. No one has called back in two days. The only thing i can think of is they tried to rope me into showing up for an appointment knowing the car was sold, so they could try to sell me something else, but i clearly was only interested in the ****** on the website, so they figured i was a waste of time. Also their website shows 2 different milages for the car. 1 at 20k+ miles and 1 at 74k+ miles. ***** to get that verified, but alas i must have Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep leprosy. I will not ever consider buying anything from them again.
