On 11/07 I went to Glow Up Body and Skin Spa for Liquid Lip Injections. But was also recommended 10 BBL non-invasive services. I was then told about **************** and to apply for an account not knowing that I would be charged for services not rendered to me totaling *******. After, I advised ***** the owner that I was approved for *******. Prior to any services I advised ***** that I had recently had 9 venous seals done, and would it be safe for me to get the liquid lipo injections. She told me it would be fine only a little bruising afterwards. However, getting 2 of 5 injections were very painful to me. My legs, arm and abdomen area developed a rash, swelling, and the pain and bruising in my. arm, legs, and abdomen areas where the liquid lipo was injected. I am still having the same issue today. Causing me to go back to the vein doctor. I advised ***** of this issue shortly after via text of having the second liquid lipo injection done on 11/17/2023. That the injections were painful and that I was still having bruising and swelling. She advised me via text that she had some other types of services and that she did not do refunds. I advised her that she didnt advise me of that at the time of my purchase. The business did not have any signs posted in the business stating NO REFUNDS. Cause if she did I would not have dealt with the business in the beginning. I have written Glow Up Body and Skin Spa (*****) in January. Today, I have not received any response. I most definitely will not ever go back. Especially after the recommendations and advise was totally incorrect. When in fact I should have been advised that the services would have affected me.
