    Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a business. The level of disrespect from the top leadership down was mind blowing. They had my car for 16+ weeks. Myself, Nissan, and the insurance company were all lied to throughout the whole process. I picked up the car and it was still not fixed. The communication was non existent. I had to do ALL the leg work. I would email and call for weeks with absolutely no updates. When something went wrong, they blamed it on everyone but themselves. Even a simple task could not be completed without issues. Everytime I brought something up to K**** or D*** they acted like it was not a big deal. K**** will not EVER return phone calls or emails. D*** walked past me 3 times the first time I picked up my car without speaking a word. Everytime I talked to them it was like a slap in the face. They would rather put my life at risk than to fix their issues. If they could get zero stars, I’d definitely give it. I would never wish what hell I was put through on my worst enemy.
