Sales person was the nicest person ever. The finance department is breaking the law. They refuse to exempt 100% Disabled Veterans sales tax. This is state law. I was told it’s company policy to collect sales tax on everything that leaves the lot.

I leased a vehicle 7/25/2024 and was overcharged the monthly rate for my lease payment based on MSRP. My uncle who is a financial advisor reviewed the lease term and told me I was overcharged. He called on my behalf to speak to the sales manager who apologized over and over for the treatment I received. I was told I would be cut a check as a payment for what I was overcharged. They told me it would take approx 2 weeks and then I would receive it in the mail. Before I left that day, the sales manager asked that because they rectified the issue I should give them a 5 star review for their efforts. It is now 10/1, I have called 13 times and asked to speak with the finance manager, sales manager, general manager to which none will take my calls or return the voicemails I have left. I called today and the new finance manager informed me that the GM and lead sales Manager Dan cut the check “earlier
This week” and I should receive it by next. I have NEVER been shown such disrespectful behavior from a business. I want nothing to do with this dealership and I am actively truing to get out of my lease because this is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Do not deal with this company at all. I bought my 2019 Kia Soul from them which had 15,000 miles on it when I bought it. My car came with 60,000 mile warranty and at 56,000 miles I took it to the service dept because I went to get my oil changed at a different place because Kia did not offer a shuttle to take me to work so I had to get my oil changed close to home and I was told I had to sign a wavier because I had no oil in my car and I was there early on mileage to get my oil changed. I took it to Kia and the serivice rep told me that we caught it in time since it was just barely in warranty. I had to bring it back in 1000 miles if still consuming oil..I took it back way before that becasue it was . They kept my car for several days and told me it needed combustion cleaning and some other things that would fix it. I was told it was fixed and now at 60,000 miles it is not fixed and still consuming oil and was told my Kia that I needed a new enging. I was told it is out of warranty and nothing they will do about it. I do not understand how a car that you buy at 58,000 miles would need a new enginge and I am a widow and still making payments and I wonder how Kia could operate a business like that. I also can tell you that the service department it is hard to get in touch with anyone and have them call you back. If you leave a message it goes to voicemail which is always full. I have filed a complaint with Kia Consumer affairs and they said the service dept told them i denied the serivice. I did however deny to pay 9000 dollars. I heard thing in the past about them but really never think this would happen to me.

My car has been at Kia for 2 weeks. I called myself to find out what might be going on after a couple tries I got a call back. First time in 2 weeks. They drove it but could t find the problem. They will continue to try and figure out the shifting issues. No concern over the inconvenience. Thankfully I have something to drive last visit I had to rent a car for a week. Not cheap. They don’t offer loaners.

Do NOT Use Service Department. Nick will lie or get lied to by his "Service Reps". They lied to me to get me to hurry and bring my car in stating would get worked on next day. Next day, I get a call thinking it is on what it wrong with my car. Nope - It was just to do an intake on what was wrong. Understand to book the appointment I already gave them every single detail they asked on the intake call. Then I was told 10-14 days to get it just looked at and quoted. An additional 2 weeks later, I had to call 6 times to get someone to finally tell me what was wrong and give me a number. My service rep said she was on vacation and that was why no one told me what was wrong with my car. I finally get a quote online and they add many additional recommended services over the $2800 to fix the problem. The online approval app only allows you approve or decline. So you either approval all or decline all. I try several times to reach my service rep just to get the only needed repair approved and I am told 2 -3 weeks to get a part in. takes an additional 2 weeks on the 2-3 weeks quoted to get some answers and Im told the part is in and repaired in the next few days. Then my service rep calls to tell the technician could not do the repair without an additional cost added. I said absolutely not expressed my concerns and she says her manager is busy. I tried calling Nick 5 more times - his VM is not set up and will hang up on you. Nick final calls me not to address my concern but to address how long my car as been at the shop. I finally tell him what all happened. The service rep "Leann" lies to Nick while I can hear him talk to her acting like she has no idea about the additional repairs and says there are no notes in the system. Nick claims he will personally over see the repair gets done the next week. It's now an additional 3 weeks with no car, no one will answer me, and every time I call I get pushed to Sales who try to get me to buy a new care . THIS IS SAD!!!

I would not recommend this company at all. Kia has had my car for three weeks. I am not able to contact anyone in the service department. They don’t answer the phone. Voicemail boxes are always full. Also, i have been hung up on by associates in the service department.
When i visit the service department, i am completely ignored. Customer service is absolutely terrible. When i try to ask for updates, they give extremely vague answers.

Do not use this company. If I could leave zero stars I would. There is zero communication with their customers as it relates to the service department. They keep cars for weeks at a time with zero information on when the cars will be returned to the customers or when the cars will be repaired. You can obtain multiple responses from different people, but no one is consistent with an answer. Even the “managing partner” does not respond to emails, text, messages, or phone calls. The severe lack of urgency to return vehicles to their customers is shocking. I will never buy a Kia vehicle purely based on experience that I’ve had with this dealership. Don’t send your car here. Don’t sell a car here. Don’t even drive past it too many times.

Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow we have bought 2 vehicles from them. They sold me on this extended warranty. so I bent one of my rims when we hit a pothole. So I had to take the rim to the service department for the warranty to get fixed over 2 weeks ago when the service guy ordered a new rim. Rim came in but warranty says the old rim can be fixed. As of 5.10.23 rim still isn’t fixed and hasn’t picked up. they just now picked the rim up to get fixed. So we have been driving on our donut since then and now the donut is done and has 600 miles on it and now our car just sits. They have never reached out to us on any details about what is going on. The service department never answers the phone and you leave voice mails and no return calls. We have drove up there 3 times and you get nowhere. My mother went up there today and their answer was we will replace your donut. They know all the health issues I have going on we have to go back in forth to doctors and surgeries and now we can’t drive our car at all. Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow service department is a joke. They have added stress to me and my family and as you’re trying to battle health issues this doesn’t help.

I paid my car off early and had gap insurance that I paid $850. For when I bought the car 11/27/2019 buying paying off early I have around $400. Coming back. I went to KIA on 2/272023 and talked to Michael M****** and gave him a copy of my gap that I had paid and he said I had around $400. Coming back and it would take about 5 weeks. I went back on 4/17/2023 and he could not tell me nothing said he would call me has not when I call it goes to message and it’s full. I think this is bad business as I have bought two cars from them. Thank you **** ******* ************

This place is a joke. After purchasing my wife’s care on August 28 2022 i never heard anything back from the dealer in regards to my tags. My tags were about to expire on October 26 2022 and i had to call multiple time to get them reissue the new temp tags. After asking why i have not gotten my permanent tags it appeared that Mark, finance manager nor the receptionist had any idea what was going on. Than the receptionist took it upon herself to fix. After she made a few phone calls she told me that the other sister dealership Greenway Kia of Franklin will be issuing my permanent tags. I’m still very confused to this days why they have not submitted my permanent tags with county clerk. It appears that no one have any idea what is going on.
