    I was setting up an appt for my Mother. During the call they informed me that they would be asking for her DOB and last four of SSN. I immediately cancelled and reported as potential scam

    We saw this heavily advertised product on TV and decided to give it a try. We ordered the phone and it showed up right away. We an appointment and the day they were to come to our home, they called and cancelled. We made another appointment and they were a no-show. We called and made another appointment and AGAIN a no-show. We are extremely disappointed!

    Best Thing Anyone Can Do Is Steer Clear Of Clear Captions Phone They Are People Listening To You Covesation Then Typing What The Other Person Is Saying To You And This Is Going Through The Internet You Have No Privacy At All And If You Let Someone Use You Phone With The Captions Turned One They Can Put You In Jail Im Sending My Phone Back Because They Told Me It Had 3 Way Calling And Call Waiting On It And It Dont Since I Called Them And Told Them I Was Sending The Phone Back To And Unhooked The Clear Captions Phone Now I Cant None Of My Home Phones To Work Now Ive Got A Phone Tech Comming Out Tomorrow To See If They Put Something On My Line I Cant Call Out Or Recieve Calls And I Have Congestive Heart Failure

    Were so sorry you feel this way *****. We take your concerns very seriously and want to do everything we can to give you the correct information. Most of our calls do not use live caption agents, but rather utilize speech recognition software and are only transferred over to live captioners when necessary. We follow stringent rules set by the *** that prohibit Caption Agents from recording conversations. Rest assured; whether with our software or Caption Agent, every captioned call made is safe, secure, and private. From our records it looks like you have successfully returned your phone. While we are sorry our caption phone wasnt for you, we hope you are satisfied with this resolution.

    I am 73 order the phone, got appointment for set up. Agent came out (***) he was very helpful, very nice, new his job showed me how to work my phone set it all up and so far I am very happy with my situation. Not having to say huh, or can u repeat that to my callers. Thanks closed caption.(

    My father has had his ************* phone for about 4 months and he loves it (hes very hard to please) I was working the day it was installed the tech guy kept me in text messaging letting me know what was going on and what he needed from me.. I am extremely happy that dad now has a phone that he doesnt have to keep saying WHAT? I CANT HEAR YOU!!

    It's wonderful !! I can speak with my sister and daughters and son and see their replies. It is excellent for see the important messages from my doctors and from business people I need to speak with. I have none of the problems others have described. The installer was friendly, patient and completely knowlegible.
