      I moved out of the Hayloft property on the 30 of April, one month early than termination date, because the new tenant was found to take over the unit that I was staying in. Utilities were not taken out of my name until the 9th of April. Also I was told that the prorated amounts after the new sentence moved in would be displayed on the properties app payment system. It has been 2 weeks going on two weeks and the proper paperwork is still not in order. All I'm trying to do is make a payment of the prorated amount that is still not reflecting on the properties app payment system. I also called the office about 20 minutes before closing time and did not receive an answer I spoke to one of the property managers and was told that I will receive a call back and did not, I would have to wait until the beginning of next week for business matter coming to a completion.

      The resident did move out early because we had new residents that wanted to move in. This is a benefit to the resident because they end up being responsible for less rent. Residents are responsible to keep utilities in their name until the new resident moves in or their responsibility ends whichever comes first. If he moved out April 30, but is responsible for the next months' rent that is why the utilities remained in his name until the new residents moved in on May 9 (I believe he meant the utilities were not taken out until the 9th of May not April. Obviously he would be responsible for utilities while living in the unit and he states he didn't move out until April 30). When finalizing a file after move out it does take 10-14 days for everything to be completed. The resident called out to the corp office, at Hayloft, after they closed for the day and then called to the property. The employee, at the property, explained it was Friday after 5 and that someone would reach out to him on Monday to follow up. He posted this complaint the same day he called after business hours. Since then we have discussed his final accounting letter with him.
