    I was verbally assaulted by ******* ******** in the office for submitting a complaint in pursuant to multiple illegal fee collections and seeming retaliation after a maintenance personnel rammed my vehicle in their court entrance. It did not include the fact that they employ selective enforcement of their own rules with preference and favoritism afforded those renting both lot and trailer and their staff, nor did it mention that an amicable resolution has been sought by us as tenants for 9 straight months with violation lists constantly changing and all progress and good faith attempts being ignored by Williams Properties. Instead, they continue to escalate with threats of eviction despite the illegality of their fines and supposed violations.
