    Had appointment booked that requires you to prepay for the facial this appointment was on February 27 - an important meeting at work was scheduled unexpectedly so I had called to reschedule. I was told that they were not allowed to reschedule my appointment since I did not give 24 hour notice. So they got $79.00 for doing nothing. Scammers!

    I went on February 23, 2025 for a facial that was given for $49.00. Facial went great and then a gentleman spoke to me about getting more facials. Which I agreed to. The total amount was $4,248.00 for 12 treatments over 12 months. 2 days later my face staring peeling like a snake and I called the spa to ask about it. They had no idea why my face peeled so bad, and gave me a number to call Customer service, I did and they sent me a form to complete which I did. Then I am told by customer service that everyone's face will peel. I requested a refund for my package since I had a very bad experience. They said no that it was a non-refundable package. I told them if I knew that I would have never sign ed up for the package. The guy that helped me never said a word about that and the tiny Ipad he had was so small I could have not read the contract if I tried. So yesterday I went to the spa, and they said they can't do anything there that I have to go through Customer Service, again they said no REFUND! I feel that this is a scam, and if someone has a horrible reaction to the facial, I should be able to get a refund. They want to try something else on my face and I don't want it. All they wanted was my money!!!!
