      Slightly over a month from move in 7/1/24 to 8/15/24. 1874 Fox Rd Altitude apts under Karen Mannie CPM Holdings! Deceived us upon move in. Our bldg. had individuals on state asst. an struggling with addiction issues! We informed Mannie before we moved in that we had PTSD and ANXIETY my roommate's was from Gulf war! An still put us in this type of bldg. We at one point were both offered to be let out of our lease! This was due to our complaints and being uncomfortable there! Smells of substances! Ken informed Mannie that because we had just moved in we'd need a little time. She said fine. Corp. Office NOT aware of her making this arrangement! I had retaliation from Mannie when I called Law Enforcement and social services and she Infront of Ken told me I needed to up my medication! Belittling my illness! I signed a document, turned in key and fob! Karen refused to sign it and give me a copy! Now She's retaliating against Ken now that he has paid his rent and givin notice! She said NO LONGER VALID! And than stated if he contacted Corp. She would charge him $4,000. dollars to leave an break lease! After making promise Infront of me Peter w/ Ken. Ken contacted Corp. And they asked him to send them the email showing the email Karen Mannie sent him showing she'd bill him $4,000. and that once again Karen Mannie showing to Corp. , Law Enforcement, and tenants like us and others that left! She's a Pathological lyer!! This is NO JOKE! Talk to officer Koons! She lied to his face! And I have it on camera! She lied to another officer about having security and security guard! And didn't! Lied about criminal activity! And officer Koons was there for two! Mine and another! I've videos and pictures! And Dr. Letter stating I had my health becoming exacerbated and Ken's is now also do to Mannie retaliating against him like she did to me! He's still smelling substance from neighbors making him I'll! Is this what they do to DISABLED COMBAT VETERANS!? WOW! SHAME ON KAREN MANNIE!
