    What a nightmare of an experience. We're in the process of remodeling our bathroom and needed some simple plumbing work done. Thaddeus was our estimator, and he sent out Jeff to complete the work.

    Jeff came and completed the plumbing work, then proceeded to pressure test the system without plugging the shower head. It soaked the new drywall and insulation that we had installed just days before.

    Thaddeus was made aware of the issue, and sent out Jeff to replace the damaged insulation. The entire time he was in our home, Jeff was swearing and throwing things around. I asked him what was going on, and he proceeded to start swearing at me. This was highly inconvenient, as we have 2 adults who work from home.

    We called Thaddeus and explained Jeff's behavior, and that we didn't feel safe with him in our home. Thaddeus assured us that he would get the issue fixed.

    A full week later, Thaddeus came to our home and installed another layer of faced batt insulation right over top of the water-damaged insulation. Not only did this not fix the issue, but it created another issue for tiling that wall with double the insulation crammed in.

    We needed a simple plumbing fix, and we wound up with damage to our in-progress bathroom and a large bill from Frisbee's. Save yourself the time, money, and disrespect and hire any of the other customer-focused local plumbers.
