              I purchased a couch from unclaimed freight on 9/16/21. I purchased the extended warranty for $280. On 12/9/2023 I filled a repair claim for the recliner motor on the couch that stopped working. I contacted Unclaimed freight and they assured me the couch was coved by the warranty. But after filling a claim with a company called Guardian which was supposed to send a repair technician nothing has happened. I have had phone conversation with both companies that state that I am covered and have received emails from Guardian that a technician would contact me. After 5 weeks and 2 follow up conversations not technician has contacted me. I am asking for Unclaimed Freight to refund the $280 for the warrenty since I purchased the couch from them and wrote the check to them.

              I ordered a new living room set. Drew helped me. He was great. He was so kind and patient with me while I was making up my mind what I wanted. He answered all my questions. Definitely will be back soon for more purchases.
