    Mastercard claims that their payment network follows standards based on the rule of law. They claim that they allow all lawful purchases on their network. However Mastercard has begun a campaign of pressuring companies that offer media on the internet that is lawful, yet contains any form of content of an adult nature ranging from NSFW adult content to violence commonly found in content rated PG, to cease offering that material or risk losing their ability to process payments online. This is a clear and blatant violation of the following US laws: Sherman Act Sect. 2, Clayton Act Sect. 3, California Unfair Competition Law (Bus. & Prof. Code Sect. 17200), Communications Decency Act Sect. 230, as well as a Breach of Contract Claims. This is also a violation of European laws: TFEU Article 102, Digital Markets Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/1925), E-Commerce Directive (200/31/EC), Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC), Fundamental Rights Actions (EU Charter Arts. 11 & 16)

    I have had this card for a very long time but never used it. they charged me $75 annual fee even though I haven't used the card in over 4 years. I tried calling customer service but they are not helpful.
