    "Froze my account after about a week due to lack of address verification, was told to fax in a recent utility bill and did so, after 2 days the card was still not unlocked and I called again, only to be told my address verification cannot be completed over fax, and I will need to print out a bill and mail it to the South Dakota address, they would not give me a solid answer on why, even through they won't let me use the card until I confirm my address they sure can take the payment for the 75 dollar fee it cost to open to card. Should have known better than to sign up which such a poorly rated card."
