    Lower than a "1". Why does the VA use this fraudulent company? Someone needs to take a look. They identified a slight issue with one of the straps on my foundation and issued a non-compliant report 2 days before closing. Prior to that I already had a PE that was present during the installation, had watched and directed the contractor doing the work, inspected and provided me a certified letter stating that the foundation had met all requirements for FHA loans. Both FHA and VA use the same HUD guidelines. But the VA PE thought he was smarter than the FHA PE and had a different interpretation. 2 days before closing! The VA PE also recommended the company to do the work to bring it up to code! Kickbacks anyone? This company is a fraud! DON'T HIRE THEM!! I wish I knew who in the US Government that is responsible for overseeing company/contractors that do this kind of work, so they can cancel this contract!!. I see nothing but negative reviews on this company, its no wonder they aren't registered with the BBB.

    Can't go any lower. Home was placed in 93, but they claim that a little surface rust on a tie down strap does not meet code, along with a couple of wooden wedges, then they expect more tie down straps to meet 98 HUD requirements. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Waste of money!!!! I want a refund!!!!
